Indoor testing area with recessed tubs was a major design consideration. Extensive outdoor display with fully functional hot tubs, lighting and landscaping.

28-Unit contemporary condominium project over storefront retail and 2 levels of below grade parking located in the Tennyson Arts District. Complete site development and design produced.

COMMERCIAL MIXED-USE - AURORA, COLORADO - 80010 - 34,000 SF

WDG had the opportunity to manage the Aurora Storefront Renovation Program. This was a two-phase approach to the redevelopment of an existing three-story masonry and steel office building. This included a new building skin and windows. The interior provided expanded gallery space on the first floor, leasable artist studios on the second floor and four custom artist residences with private balconies on the penthouse level.

HIDEAWAY STEAKHOUSE

COMMERCIAL RESTAURANT - WESTMINSTER, COLORADO - 5,998 SF

Complete building renovation. Concept of the new high-end steak and seafood house was a secret hideaway theme. Metal canopies and shutters with low horizontal windows and smaller surprise openings and rich colors with soft lighting are employed throughout. This location has become quite popular as we expanded to an outdoor Dining Patio that is always full.

COMMERCIAL STORAGE - CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO - 47,821 SF

4 new contemporary personal warehouses. These luxury ‘garage condominiums’ provide a wide range of uses and support the area with a unique business model. All 38 units are sold and occupied. Some units house exotic sports cars with race themed interiors and some units are working industries with several professions. This is a business model that will be repeated on multiple sites.

2nd Floor Tenant Finish for high-end Marketing / Ad Agency. The business suite was divided into ‘accounting’ and ‘designing’ sides. Very different cultures colliding. And the design side is more of an open free-flowing studio with tall ceilings and loads of natural light. The use of angles to create movement were employed for the corridors and ceiling panels.

As part of the Aurora Storefront Renovation Program, WDG was able to lead a team of building officials, designers and engineers to revitalize this badly neglected group of 3 buildings. Partnering with the City of Aurora, this commercial retail space was the most notable of the renovations, along Colfax Avenue. Yellow Trespa panels clad the 3 ‘fins’ and frame the new storefront. All spaces are currently occupied and thriving.

MAIN ST GUITAR SHOP

COMMERCIAL RETAIL - LOUISVILLE, CO - 24,000 SF

Located in historic downtown Louisville, this building contains an 8,000 SF basement with elevator access to the 8,000 SF, high visibility, first floor retail. The 10,000 SF second floor contains space for professional offices while the upper most level offers four residential flats. WDG went through Design Development only.
