This original cabin built right on the Colorado River was owned by Adolf Coors. Over the years it was added on to. We have recreated this 3,950SF Rustic Mountain Cabin. After the devastation in Grand Lake from the Troublesome Gultch Fire, WDG was fortunate enough to contract for 3 rebuilds. This is the 2nd new ‘cabin’ for WDG. This original cabin was a simple A-Frame with an add-on over the years. There was a detached 2-Car Garage. This new 3-bedroom cabin will overlook the Colorado River and boasts breathtaking views both inside and out. Large open Loft programs for the Master Suite and reading nook overlooking the open Main Level. Expansive full height and width glazing will frame views of Bald Mountain in the distance.

Existing pole barn was the original structure on this hunting property located in the foothills outside Denver. This family of 5 has moved into and renovated the pole barn to accommodate their family. Current plans now include relocating the Kitchen to an exterior wall with a view and outdoor dining with pergola, and a new formal Dining area. The new upper-level addition consists a of a new Master Suite with private balcony to take in the morning sun. The family plans to live and work form this renovated simple pole barn structure.


Barndominium Larkspur, CO

Custom craftsman 12-stall pole barn with 3,000 SF Residential loft above. Complete with private decks at all 4 bedrooms. Loft area includes a 2-story; clerestory great room, kitchen, dining, office/study and complete master suite with four bedrooms and hall baths. State-of-the-art horse barn below. Owners lived in the Barn while the main house was under construction.
